The Block Stays Steady At 1.09m In Wednesday Ratings

The Block averaged 1.09m on Wednesday, finishing third overall and just 12,000 ahead of A Current Affair. The Kitchen Week episode sat behind Seven News at 1.37m and 9News at 1.29m.

Tuesday's Kitchen Week result was 1.09m, leaving Wednesday's The Block result down only 9,000 night on night. 70 Years Of Television drew 626,000, while The 1% Club UK reached 886,000 and Home And Away averaged 965,000.

Seven News was the night's top program, ahead of 9News, with ABC News on 928,000. 10 News drew 286,000.

Elsewhere, 7.30 averaged 774,000 and The Front Bar drew 627,000. Tipping Point Australia pulled 807,000, ahead of The Chase Australia on 657,000.

Sunrise led breakfast with 478,000, while Today had 278,000 and News Breakfast drew 236,000.
