The official Australian Ninja Warrior Facebook page issued a fresh casting reminder this week, telling potential competitors it was time to start training ahead of the show's move to 10.
Who Can Apply For Australian Ninja Warrior 2027?
Applicants must have been at least 16 years old by 22 August 2026 and must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Anyone aged between 16 and 18 needs a parent or guardian to apply on their behalf.
How To Apply
The official online application takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Applicants will also need to film and upload a short video showing their personality, physical ability and what could make them a strong Ninja contender.
Registered applicants can save their progress and return before casting closes. The application is only considered submitted once the applicant has agreed to the terms and conditions.
No closing date is currently displayed on the public casting page, although the casting team advises applicants to get their entries in as soon as possible.
Successful applicants may receive a call from the casting team for an introductory chat, but the production notes that not everyone who applies will be contacted.
What To Expect From The 2027 Season
Endemol Shine Australia confirmed that Robert Irwin, Georgie Tunny and Beau Ryan will host the revived series, which will feature a redesigned course built for a new generation of competitors.
Australian Ninja Warrior will air on 10 and 10 Streaming in 2027. An exact premiere date has not yet been announced.
