The allegations were highlighted by Chattr, which described an exchange involving Ebony and Charity about race, tanning and future children. It also quoted TikTok creator Brodie Jenkins criticising other alleged remarks.

Jenkins alleged that some male housemates used a racial stereotype towards another contestant. She also claimed the live feed was muted around offensive comments and questioned whether producers were challenging the behaviour behind the scenes.

The allegations have not been independently verified, and the reason for any audio cuts has not been confirmed.

Chattr said it had contacted Network 10 for a statement. Its article contained no response addressing these allegations when checked on 29 October.

The Livestream Faced Criticism Last Year Too

The discussion follows criticism of the 2025 live feed. In a 14 November 2025 article, PEDESTRIAN.TV described alleged racially offensive conversations and quoted anonymous sources expressing concern about moderation.

A Network 10 spokesperson told the outlet at the time that the content balanced entertainment with “protecting audiences and housemates”. The article also cited network sources describing a three-strikes policy for inappropriate conversations.

That statement and the account of disciplinary rules relate to last year's season. Neither is a response to the current claims.

The Live Feed Is Running Alongside The Episodes

The current 14-housemate season is hosted by Mel Tracina, with a $100,000 prize. Ten introduced Ebony as a 23-year-old Victorian entrepreneur and Charity as a 29-year-old from NSW.

The network has confirmed a dedicated 24/7 feed on 10, with access also available through LG Channels on selected LG Smart TVs.
