The Nine renovation series topped the VOZ overnight rankings with 2.47m in national reach and 1.40m in average audience. It narrowly cleared the previous season high from Sunday 23 August by around 1,000 viewers.
The Voice Australia also had a strong Sunday for Seven, averaging 1.09m from 2.25m in national reach. That put it just ahead of its previous Sunday result on 30 August by around 2,000 viewers.
Seven News averaged 1.39m, with 9News Sunday close behind on 1.33m. ABC News Sunday averaged 808,000 and 10 News Sun drew 281,000.
Elsewhere, 7News Spotlight averaged 841,000, 60 Minutes pulled in 642,000, Sunday Afternoon NRL Live drew 549,000 and Gogglebox averaged 465,000.
In breakfast, Weekend Sunrise led with 410,000, followed by Weekend Today on 254,000 and Weekend Breakfast on 181,000.
