Lisa told Chattr her due date falls two weeks before auction, which means the couple should have a very tiny new supporter in the room when the houses go under the hammer.
"He's due two weeks before the auction. So we should have a little bundle of joy at the auction," Lisa said.
Honestly, The Block auction room is already a pressure cooker. Adding a newborn, a toddler and an entire family support crew? That is a renovation reveal of its own.
Lisa And Rosco's Family Will Be At The Auction
Lisa said she and Rosco are planning to bring their new baby, their son Lando and Rosco's parents and sister to the auction.
She described Rosco's family as the reason they were able to take on the show in the first place, saying they had a "village" behind them while they tackled the renovation.
The couple have even sorted a little auction-day wardrobe moment for the kids, with Lisa saying Lando and the baby are expected to wear Buxton real estate hoodies in support of mum and dad.
That is either adorable brand loyalty, elite auction-day commitment, or both.
Lisa Found Out She Was Pregnant While Filming The Block
Lisa announced her pregnancy on the show during week three, but she told Chattr she had only started to suspect she might be pregnant a few days before taking a test.
She said she had been sick with pneumonia and was at the doctor when the possibility came up. After taking a test there, Lisa was told she was pregnant while still in the middle of filming and delivering a room.
Rather than tell Rosco back on site in front of cameras, Lisa said she waited until later that night so they could have the moment privately.
It is a very Block kind of life update: emotional, chaotic, and somehow still happening while there is probably plaster dust nearby.
