Seven News led the night overall with 1.58m, ahead of 9News on 1.33m. ABC News drew 960,000, while 10 News averaged 339,000.

Elsewhere, A Current Affair pulled in 1.06m and Home and Away drew 1.05m. Have You Been Paying Attention? was 10's best entertainment result, averaging 672,000.

Tipping Point Australia posted 816,000, ahead of The Chase Australia on 752,000. ABC's 7.30 averaged 796,000, while Four Corners drew 640,000.

Sunrise led breakfast with 498,000, followed by Today on 286,000 and ABC News Breakfast on 244,000.
