The former Bachelor star was one of the season's original Traitors alongside Kirby Bentley and Alvin Quah, but her run ended after an emotional Round Table banishment.

In a post-exit interview with Pedestrian.TV, Alex said her biggest regret was going into breakfast too hot after AJ started turning the heat up on her and Alvin.

Her short version? "I would not have gone into breakfast hot like that."

Which, in Traitors terms, is basically the difference between quietly poisoning the vibe and accidentally setting off every alarm in the mansion.

Alex Says She Should Have Played AJ Differently

Alex told Pedestrian.TV she should have been more strategic once she realised AJ had got under her skin.

Rather than showing how rattled she was, Alex said she wished she had kept calmer and played him at his own game. She also framed the breakfast scene as a turning point in her Traitor story, because it helped expose just how much pressure she was under.

The fallout was brutal. Alvin was eliminated, Alex's position became shakier, and the Faithfuls eventually sent her packing as well.

That is the deliciously cruel part of The Traitors. A single conversation can look tiny in the moment, then suddenly become the thread everyone keeps pulling until the whole cloak slips.

Where Alex And AJ Stand Now

Alex also gave an update on where things stand with AJ after the season, and it does not sound like they are swapping friendly voice notes.

She said the cast became close, but AJ is the one person from the group she does not speak to now.

Alex explained that they had a phone conversation after filming, where she told him she understood he had a plan but felt ambushed by how it all played out. She said they left that conversation fine, but they are no longer in contact.

That is not the same as a screaming off-screen feud, but it does show that the game left a real aftertaste.

Alex Still Has Her Eye On The Endgame

Even after her banishment, Alex had thoughts on who could go deep in the game.

She pointed to Kirby as a strong chance to make it to the end, and also said Keira Maguire was playing a great game, even if Keira might not have realised just how well she was doing.
