When Can You Watch The Block 2026 Finale?

The Sunday finale is listed from 7pm to 8.45pm in Nine’s Sydney TV guide, with the episode titled “Auction”. Viewers outside NSW should check their local listings for the broadcast time.

The auctions themselves are expected to take place on Saturday, 31 October. That date was listed by realestate.com.au, while Nine’s final Room Reveal recap points viewers to the following Sunday for the grand finale.

The reported Saturday auction date falls a day before the television reveal. Viewers will see how the sales unfold and learn which team finishes with the largest profit during Sunday’s finale.

Who Is Competing For The Win?

Adam and Jolene are selling House One, Chantel and Wyatt have House Two, Lisa and Rosco are in House Three, Courtney and Sev have House Four, and Rick and Tayla are selling House Five.

Each team is hoping to make the biggest profit above its reserve price. The winning pair also receives a $100,000 cash bonus, on top of the money made from their sale.

The homes are in Mount Eliza on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and pools. Houses One, Two and Three sit higher on the site, while Houses Four and Five have larger floor plans and partial water views. Rick and Tayla have the largest block at 1435 square metres.

Rick And Tayla Have A $50,000 Auction Advantage

Shelley Craft revealed $3.45 million reserves for all five homes during an appearance on Today, alongside price guides of $3.6 million to $3.9 million.

Rick and Tayla earned a $50,000 reduction to their reserve by taking out the final Front Yard and Façade reveal. Their 27.5 points put them ahead of Adam and Jolene on 26.5, with Chantel and Wyatt and Lisa and Rosco tied on 26. Courtney and Sev finished on 22.

The reduction gives House Five more room to make a profit, but the couple still need buyers willing to compete. The teams have already opened up about their auction-day nerves, with last year’s mixed results still fresh in their minds.

What Happened At Last Year’s Auction?

Britt and Taz won the 2025 season in Daylesford after selling their home for $3.41 million against a $2.99 million reserve. Their $420,000 profit, plus the $100,000 winner’s bonus, gave them a total of $520,000.

Sonny and Alicia made $120,000, while Robby and Mat earned $109,999.10. Emma and Ben and Han and Can both had their homes passed in, leaving the two teams without an auction-day profit.
