The clue is a $250,000 E&S kitchen package handed out during the season. Courtney and Sev won it for House 4, and the same bonus has developed an impressive habit of landing with the team that later wins the entire competition.

Now To Love traced the pattern through three previous seasons, and the record is enough to make even a sceptical Blockhead look twice.

The Kitchen Package Has A Three-From-Three Record

Jimmy and Tam won the package in 2020 before taking out their season and $1,066,000 in prize money. Omar and Oz repeated the trick in 2022, ultimately leaving with a record $1,686,666.66.

Then Britt and Taz claimed the kitchen bonus in week two of the 2025 season before winning the auction and collecting $520,000 in total.

That makes the pattern three from three in the seasons highlighted. It is not a rule, a production clue or proof of a result, but it does give Courtney and Sev one more reason to feel confident heading towards the end of The Block.

Courtney And Sev Are Leading More Than One Race

House 4 also sits on top of the judges' leaderboard after nine weeks, with 232.5 points out of a possible 270. Adam and Jolene are next on 223, followed by Lisa and Rosco on 217.5, Chantel and Wyatt on 200.5, and Rick and Tayla on 193.

Their latest perfect 30 during Kids' Bedroom and Redo Week only made the frontrunner label harder to ignore.

There is one large hole in the theory: judges' scores do not decide Auction Day. Buyer interest, reserves, auction order and the market can turn the final result upside down, as Domain Night's competing buyer opinions made very clear.

No winner has been leaked and nobody has won the 2026 season yet. Courtney and Sev have the kitchen-package history and the strongest judges' tally, but the only result that will settle this theory is the one delivered under the hammer.
