The Block Rises To 1.24m As MKR Falls Just Short Of 1m

The Block climbed to 1.24m on Monday night, leading the reality field in the Total TV National Average Audience results. My Kitchen Rules followed with 981,000.

The Block finished 256,000 ahead of MKR, after its 1.02m result on Thursday. MKR was just below the one-million mark in its third episode of the season.

Seven News topped the night overall with 1.38m, followed by 9News on 1.27m. ABC News drew 899,000, while 10 News averaged 299,000.

A Current Affair pulled in 1.10m, while Home and Away drew 918,000. Tipping Point Australia averaged 776,000, ahead of 7.30 on 735,000 and The Chase Australia on 602,000.

In breakfast television, Sunrise led with 375,000, followed by Today on 247,000 and ABC News Breakfast on 179,000.
